QUALIFICATIONS
•Professional and courteous interpersonal skills

•Polished and poised: Always reflect the grooming standards of the beauty industry: comply to dress code, fresh makeup & styled hair. You are selling an image.
•An eye for detail
•Basic computer proficiency; will train on in-house system

•Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deal with pressure
•At least one year of customer service experience, preferably from a high-end establishment
•Able to work some evenings and Saturdays

Position Description:
• Answer phones, check voice mail, book appointments accurately, set up house calls.
• Run daily reports such as printing confirmation sheets, day sheets, and commission sheets.
• Call clients to confirm, change, or cancel appointments.
• Take detailed messages for staff members, and ensure that all messages are received or forwarded to appropriate parties.
Front Desk:
• Checking the clients in and ensuring that clients are directed appropriately.
• Must keep a balanced register at all times.
• Answer phones.
Knowledge of Millennium Salon Software is a PLUS
Compensation: $10 per hour, plus retail comission and benefits package
